A fusion of material and light, the Royal Blue dials are entirely hand-crafted in the manner of a "mille-feuille", composed of successive layers of lacquer, pure gold leaf and natural blue pigments in varying shades. Crafted in Italy on a traditional rose engine, operated and guided entirely by the artisan’s hand, this intricate pattern - composed of nearly one hundred flawless grooves - demands exceptional precision and remarkable dexterity.
Once the guilloché work is complete, the dial is sent to Hanoi, where it is elevated through the application of Son Mài lacquer, enriched with natural pigments and built up in multiple layers.
This 15 hours global process gives rise to the dial’s unique character, enhanced by a deep gradient and vibrant reflections that evoke the warmth of the rising sun.

Pure gold, which we introduce for the first time into our dials, was not chosen solely for its brilliance, but for what it embodies: permanence in the face of the ephemeral, the essential over the accessory. In this sense, incorporating pure gold into our watch dials reflects a desire to weave a silent dialogue between what passes and what remains… At once material and light, the gold present in the Royal Blue dials also symbolizes Knowledge in its most noble form : not an accumulation of learning, but rather a permanent quest for understanding and refinement.
Blue & Gold: A Fascinating Duo.
Gold is perhaps the most universal symbol that exists — carrying across every culture a divine dimension that embodies perfection and the absolute. Beyond power and wealth, it represents an immaterial, imperishable richness, to be preserved and passed on. Gold is that which is never lost.
Blue evokes the sky, the sea, the infinite — universally associated with wisdom, serenity and depth. Its influence shapes our emotions far beyond the purely visual.
Brought together in the Royal Blue dials, the two form a noble and powerful combination : shades of blue from deep sapphire to soft sky blue create depth, while warm, luminous gold draws the eye forward. A union of matter and spirit — blue evokes calm and interiority, gold speaks of brilliance and the outer world.

Where silver leaf once reflected the light, gold holds it, warms it, and lends it a new depth. Imperishable by nature, pure gold does not age. Elevated by the brilliance of the lacquer, enriched with layers of natural blue pigments, gold here does not merely adorn : it signifies. The Art of Lacquerwork.
It all begins with the sap of the Rhus verniciflua tree, which grows in northern Vietnam. After a decade of growth, each tree yields only 200ml of sap per year, harvested exclusively in the early morning hours of June and July. Purified and dehydrated, this sap becomes a transparent lacquer, renowned for its brilliance and protective qualities.
Inherited from a centuries-old tradition and requiring many years of practice to master, the Sơn Mài technique consists of applying, layering and polishing multiple coats of natural lacquer until an unmatched mirror-like depth of finish is achieved. Vietnamese artisans incorporate precious materials into the lacquer - here, pure gold - to create unique textures, relief effects and interplays of light.
The Quiet, Warm Brilliance of Gold Leaf.
The artisans first apply a base layer of lacquer and deep blue pigments to the dial, then varnish it. A first layer of pure gold leaf is then laid down, applied by brush and delicately sanded to remove any excess material, lending the dial an organic texture with warm metallic reflections that capture light with remarkable intensity.
This is where our technique known as "Frosted" ("Glacis") comes into play, considerably increasing the complexity of our dials. Rather than beginning the layering process as on a "classic" dial, our master artisans repeat the previous process, once again suspending delicate gold leaf within the lacquer - this time enriched with lighter blue pigments. Between each layer, the material rests, breathes and matures - a reflection of a technique that demands patience and repetition, and follows the slow rhythm of time itself…
A Unique Work of Art.
This « mille-feuille" - composed of lacquer, pure gold leaf and natural pigments - then passes into the hands of the workshop's most experienced artisan, for a long and delicate finger-sanding process that gradually reveals hypnotic reliefs and patterns, rendering each dial utterly unique.
Once the texture and depth achieved meet his exacting standards, several further coats of lacquer - each sanded and polished in turn - are applied to bestow upon the dial an impeccable brilliance and seal it for eternity. A demanding and methodical process of some fifteen hours, throughout which the slightest lapse in attention would condemn the dial entirely.
Exclusive Luminescent Signature.
This new collection features our exclusive luminous signature, designed to combine innovation, elegance, and emotion, while enhancing the depth of both Guilloché Main and Son Mài lacquer dials, by day and by night.
The hands and indices adopt an innovative construction combining Super-LumiNova® BGW9 with steel caps finished in polished, brushed, and finely engraved textures, ensuring a subtle diffusion of light and clear legibility without compromising the dial’s integrity.
In daylight, discretion is prioritized, while in darkness the luminescence fully reveals its intensity. A soft halo then emerges, poetically highlighting the lacquer and guilloché main work, creating an immersive atmosphere between shadow and light, where technique and emotion converge.

New 38 mm Case.
This new collection marks a major evolution, driven by the introduction of a 38 mm case with more refined proportions and a strong sense of elegance. Perfectly balanced, it captivates with its polished concave bezel that gives full prominence to the dial, its gently domed sapphire crystal, and its slightly downward-curving lugs extended by a subtle step, evoking the aesthetics of the 1960s while maintaining a distinctly contemporary presence.
The interplay between polished surfaces and brushed flanks highlights this controlled modernity, while the slightly redesigned screw-down crown - now ensuring water resistance up to 10 ATM - is adorned with a new emblem symbolizing our commitment to craftsmanship. On the case back, a reworked ring, more legible and authentic, engraves this vision into the material.

Swiss G101 Caliber by La Joux-Perret.
To ensure reliability and performance for our clients, we have chosen to equip these three versions with the G101 automatic movement from the Swiss manufacture La Joux-Perret. A modern and precise caliber with refined finishing, it offers a 68-hour power reserve and features our newly developed custom oscillating weight. Machined from a solid block of tungsten, it combines recessed and raised surfaces and benefits from a high level of finishing - polished, brushed, and micro-blasted surfaces - giving the whole a presence that is both technical and elegant.
The assembly is framed by a redesigned ring, more legible and more authentic, engraved with our mission: “Illuminating the hands and heritage behind rare crafts” as well as the brand slogan: “Artisanship, Awakened.”
Jean Rousseau Straps and New Fitwell Micro-Adjust pin buckle.
To elevate this collection, we collaborate with the Jean Rousseau manufacture, which shares our exacting standards of quality, comfort, and customer experience.
Each strap, available in green, violet, or orange, is designed for everyday wear and handcrafted in Alcantara - a remarkable material that will develop a unique patina over time, revealing its full character. Meticulously designed down to the finest detail, they combine refined finishing, colored stitching, and a rubber-lined calfskin underside, while integrating curved spring bars tailored to the 38 mm case for a perfect fit.
They are fitted with our new Fitwell Micro-Adjust pin buckle, offering precise 3 mm incremental adjustments for optimal comfort throughout the day. A technical yet refined ensemble, designed for discerning enthusiasts, where every detail enhances the everyday wearing experience.
