TRACKING AND DELIVERY All watch orders include free international shipping, handled by FedEx or UPS depending on the region. We ship to most countries worldwide. If your region is not eligible for shipping, you will be notified before the transaction is confirmed and payment is processed. The estimated delivery date is specified on each product page. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes approximately 48 hours within France and 4 to 6 business days for international shipments. Parcels are always delivered against signature if the order value exceeds €500. To track your package, visit our order tracking page and enter your order number along with your email address. If you wish to make a change to the delivery address provided with your order, please contact us directly via our contact form. We will liaise with the shipping carrier and do everything we can to ensure your parcel reaches its destination properly. However, please note that AWAKE has no control over shipping carriers, and unfortunately, unforeseen issues may occasionally occur.

AWAKE will handle all administrative formalities with the local custom authorities and cover all fees related to the importation of the products into the relevant territories.
