7. Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.

Return Process: To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at clients@awakeconcept.com. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Warranty

AWAKE watches come with a three-year warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover issues arising from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWAKE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
