WARRANTY, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
Watches:
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects appearing during normal use, as described in the following conditions. We will replace free of charge all defective components due to a manufacturing error found by our workshop.
Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft, loss.
2. Normal wear and aging of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case, etc.)
3. All types of damage to the entire watch (or part thereof) resulting from mishandling or misuse, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch , crushing, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by Baltic.
4. All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the Baltic watch.
Straps and accessories:
Regarding bracelets and accessories, our warranty covers all manufacturing defects appearing during normal use, as described in the following conditions. We will replace a defective item free of charge due to a manufacturing error noted by our workshop (aesthetic defect, stitching, damaged leather, scratched buckle, etc.).
Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft, loss.
2. Normal wear and aging of the item (leather discoloration, etc.)
3. All types of damage resulting from mishandling or misuse, negligence, accident (scratches, etc.), improper use of the item.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID?
The AWAKE CONCEPT warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of order.
WHERE ARE AWAKE WATCHES MADE
All AWAKE watches are Swiss Made (before the end of 2024, they were Made in France). The assembly and adjustment are carried out by master watchmakers in the production unit of La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland.

WHAT IS THE REPAIR TIME?
Repair times vary depending on the model of the watch and the type of intervention required. As a result, it is difficult to provide you with a precise timeframe without having the watch in our possession. We try, as much as possible, to adhere to a maximum timeframe of 1 month upon receiving your watch in our workshops.
A PROBLEM WITH OSCILLATING MASS NOISE, IS IT NORMAL?
A noise problem at the level of the oscillating mass can occur within reasonable limits, but this phenomenon is difficult to quantify. This noise comes from the oscillating mass and its rolling. If this noise seems abnormal to you, we suggest that you proceed with a watch inspection.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS/EXCHANGES
DELIVERY
The secure delivery of AWAKE watches is carried out by FEDEX. The delivery date is indicated on the product page for each AWAKE model. After shipping, the transit time is 48 hours for France and 4 to 6 days for international.
VAT & IMPORT TAX
• European Union Delivery: You pay directly at the time of your order the VAT rate applicable to your country.
• Delivery to the United States: If your order is below $800, you do not pay VAT or import tax. If it is above $800, you will be contacted by our carrier FEDEX who will ask you to pay the import taxes at the rate applicable in your country.
• Delivery rest of the world: You will be contacted by our carrier FEDEX who will ask you to pay the import taxes at the rate in effect in your country.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
The customer has 15 days from the date of delivery to exercise his right of withdrawal and request a refund or an exchange.
The product must be returned no later than fourteen days after having informed AWAKE CONCEPT of its decision to withdraw.
All returned items must be received unused, complete and in their original packaging. The purchase price of the product will be refunded to the customer upon receipt of the goods by AWAKE CONCEPT.
Damaged, incomplete or soiled items will not be taken back (insofar as they cannot be resold) and will therefore not be refunded or exchanged.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
From the delivery date of your items, you have 14 days to contact us and request a return. For this, go to our contact page where you will be given the opportunity to complete a return form. Once the request has been sent and after acceptance by our team, you will receive all the necessary instructions to return your order to us and proceed with the exchange.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product(s) show signs of wear.
If the exchange results in a price difference, our team will contact you to settle the amount due or issue a partial refund.
SHOULD I EXPECT A FEE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is advised to use an express delivery service with delivery under signature. AWAKE will not be responsible in any way if the package is lost or damaged during transport to our workshop.
AFTER HOW LONG AM I REIMBURSED?
It will take approximately 30 days for processing after receipt of your order (or product)
by our workshop.
