TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to most countries in the world. If your region is not one of the countries to which shipping is possible, you will be notified before the transaction is validated and the payment made.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES?
Orders are shipped by Colis Privé, Chronopost, DHL or Fedex depending on the destination country, and packages are systematically delivered against signature if the value of the order exceeds €500.
IS DELIVERY FREE?
Shipping costs will be calculated at the stage before payment, depending on the recipient's geographic area.
YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
For a watch in stock, the delivery time varies between 3 to 5 working days in France, and between 4 and 10 working days for international. For a pre-order product, please refer to the special mentions on the product page.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
In France and in the countries of the European Union, taxes and customs fees are included in the price of your order. For countries outside the European Union, the price displayed on the site is excluding taxes, which implies that taxes and customs fees may apply upon delivery, if applicable.
These taxes will be claimed on behalf of local customs by our carrier before the package is handed over. To estimate the amount of these taxes, we advise you to contact the customs services of your country to obtain the information.
If payment of taxes and customs fees is not made, the package will not be delivered and your order will be returned to us.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you wish to make a change to the delivery address entered during your order, contact us directly from our contact page.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DELIVERY PROBLEM?
For any delivery problem with your order, please contact us directly from our contact page. We will do what is necessary with the carrier and will make every effort to ensure that your package arrives correctly at its destination. Be aware, however, that AWAKE has no control over the carriers and that unfortunately problems may arise.
